Empire Framing is commited to providing our clients with quality custom framing on any items they may need. Below is a description of the framing process.

The Beginning


Client contacts Empire Framing with a specific item to be framed (or a request to find a specific item in order to frame). An estimate is provided to the client by Empire’s customer service department.

Shipping of item to

Empire
Client ships the item to Empire Memorabilia. The cost of this is deducted from the total. (Find out more about the shipping process

Frame Construction


Each frame Empire framing frames are constructed by hand using the finest materials:

  • wood or metal frame (many styles to choose from)
  • quality matting (various colors)
  • acid-free archival board
  • protective UV glass by request.

    Frame Styles

    Empire Framing carry's a full line of quality frames. Most styles and colors are in our warehouse and ready to ship. View the different types of frames on our frame page.

    Matte Colors

    Along with many different frame styles and colors, Empire Memorabilia also has a large selection of matte colors and styles. If you would like your item custom framed we can fill almost all of your needs

    Frame Back


    Empire Framing seals the back of all our frames so that no dust or other particles can get in, each piece also contains a numbered label to show that your frame came from Empire.

    Return Policy

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
    • When returning products please ship the package insured for the value of the purchase. Products are considered your possessions until such time that we receive them back.
    • Refunds do not apply to custom made items.
    • Refunds on products over $500 may be subject to a 10% return fee.
